Rhian Harries appointed as Creative and Strategy Director at Sticky

Rhian Harries, former Creative Director at Sticky, has been promoted to Creative and Strategy Director, a new role developed to ensure the two departments work symbiotically to deliver Sticky’s new vision.

Rhian joins the senior leadership team and will oversee a rapidly growing team

Sticky has enjoyed significant growth in the nine months since repositioning to become a strategic marketing consultancy with a creative approach, led by data and insights and specialising in audience behaviour.

Rhian joins the senior leadership team and will oversee a rapidly growing team of senior strategists, data analysts and creatives to help brands with their business challenges and deliver strategic campaigns and content for clients.

The role of Creative and Strategy Director brings together the strategic leadership for strategy, strategic communications and creative client work. The position will play a critical part in Sticky’s future, demanding the highest standards of creativity, vision and planning.

Rhian has worked at PA Media Group for nearly 10 years, starting as Director of Production and Operations at TNR (the PR broadcast agency which has now become PA Media Assignments). She went on to become Creative Director at Commotion (a branded content agency) which merged with Sticky in November 2019.

An award-winning and strategic creative director, creative consultant, branded editorial video and content expert, Rhian has worked extensively across the creative and PR industries. She has 15 years-plus experience across TV, broadcast, PR, branded content, public and media relations and media production, developing creative and strategic output for brands including Jaguar Land Rover, Virgin Atlantic, Heinz, Red Bull, Virgin, HSBC, Lloyds Bank, Coca-Cola and many more.

Her passion for the best creative work and her strategic acumen will provide Sticky’s clients with a compelling cocktail of invention and originality

Christian Harris, Managing Director at Sticky says: “I’m delighted to see Rhian in this new and critical leadership role. Her passion for the best creative work and her strategic acumen will provide Sticky’s clients with a compelling cocktail of invention and originality.”

Rhian’s work in her new role begins this week and she will report to Christian Harris, Managing Director at Sticky.
