To build a greater affinity with the customer base, to increase loyalty and direct bookings.

Approach

We put together a strategy for email and social built on engaging content around the brand offering. This included a new tone of voice and a more joined-up calendar across all comms activity.

We could only do this by really getting to know the brand, its market and the opportunities for cut-through in crowded feeds and inboxes.

Our target was sign-up/retention of Rewards memberships and the client has been very pleased with the results.
